Great book. Had a read through this book, just in time because Spring is around the corner and I've been looking to lose as much weight as possible so I thought I'd try the Complete Keto Diet for Beginners, and it just turns out, I had a dusty Crock Pot lying around the house. I put two and two together and voila, I've lost weight already and have improved my culinary skills from all the recipes I've used from this cookbook. I highly recommend this book!

I enjoyed reading the book from the beginning. The author has explained her depression over the early years of her life and how she evolved from it. I think most of the readers will be able to relate to her story easily. Then she described about keto diet and an excellent meal plan which found excellent and i can follow that straight with some minor change. Thanks
